Organize Your Internet Explorer Favorites: The Set-Up

New Folder

Organizing your Internet Explorer Favorites is very easy. As we did with the Delete function, I'd like you to click on the Favorites button on the far left side of your browser window.

  1. Click on the Organize Favorites button. Again, just like in the Delete step, you'll see a pop-up window labeled Organize Favorites.
  2. Select the Create Folder button. Pick an intuitive name for the group of favorites that you are organizing, such as "Favorite Blogs", and click Ok. The trick with making folders is you need to pick something you'll be able to figure out later; so try to be as obvious as possible.
