Bing really starts to shine in its Travel search. I did a quick search for airfare from Portland, Oregon to Misawa, Japan, and here's what Bing gave me:
  • Non-stop or a few layovers option
  • Times I want to take off and land
  • A sliding scale for the price range I wanted
  • The option to compare prices in other travel search sites (Expedia, PriceLine, etc.)
  • The ability to track fares via email alerts; if my price goes down, I can grab the lower price.
In addition to flight information, you can also use Bing to search for hotels, cars, cruises, even package deals. In addition, Bing searches for low fares across departure dates and looks at multiple routes in one map view: a nice way to figure out how you want to take that five hour flight to Aunt Bessie's house.
