Google Wants Everyone To Use Firefox

If you visit Google's home page using Internet Explorer, you're going to see something like this:

According to CyberNet News, this is the first third-party program EVER on Google's homepage. And since Google's home page gets around "91 million hits a day", how many Firefox users doya think we might see in the next six months?

You might be interested in reading an article in today’s New York Times about the upcoming Internet Explorer 7. I had to laugh when reading it. I’ve been using Opera since before it was given away for free, and practically every so-called new feature of IE7 is something I’ve had available for at least three or four years. Why people continue to use the clunky IE is beyond me.
