The best place to start researching a topic? It really depends on what you’re researching. Personally, I have found del.icio.us to be a great jumping off place for me; I find new ideas there, as well as sites I can use for more in-depth research.

Wikipedia is also a wonderful place to get going; however, since Wikipedia is a community-edited resource, be sure to double-check any facts you might find there.

Mahalo is also a good place to start your topical research; subjects are organized into broad categories and then you can drill down for more specific information.
