• History: Just like any other browser, Firefox keeps a record of where you've been. The default here is nine days, you can go more or less than this. My advice is to leave this feature alone, because if you clear your History frequently, you'll lose some of Firefox's helpful hints such as auto-completing web addresses you've been to.
• Saved Form Information: This nifty feature automatically keeps information from forms you fill out on the Web and the Firefox search bar. If you are the only person that uses your particular computer, it's okay to enable this. If you are on a computer that has more than one person using it, I suggest that you disable it.
• Saved Passwords: Another nifty feature that I use all the time. Firefox saves your passwords by default; but you can turn it off if you want to, and I suggest you DO turn it off if you are not the only person who has access to your computer, since every password will be readily available. However, you can set up a Master Password option that we'll go into in the next step, as well as the rest of the Security options. Let's keep going.
