At this point, I was asked to sign up in order to continue creating my Swicki.
All you need to do is enter your first and last name (use pseudonyms if you'd like-just remember what they are), your preferred email, and a password. You'll be asked if you would like to be automatically remembered; I checked "yes" since I don't want to have to type all that in again. Once I was done with this (it took me about 10 seconds), I was able to continue tweaking my Swicki.
