Choose Relevant Keywords, Design, and Font for Your Eurekster Swicki

Swicki

In this step, you're going to enter some keywords and phrases that you believe will get your users attention and be something that they would be interested in. You can insert as many key words and phrases in here as you want; there did not seem to be a limit. As you enter the words into the text box, you'll see them appear in the sample Swicki, a nice touch.

Secondly, you get to choose the design of your Swicki. There are many color combinations available, and you can choose to blend your Swicki into the general color scheme of your site, or you can make it stand out. Either way, it's up to you. Again, as you tweak the colors, they show up in your sample Swicki so you can instantly see what works and what does not.

Font selection - Eurekster Swickis are still in beta, so I was forgiving of the somewhat limited font selection. I would have liked to see more fonts available just to make it more fun, as well as more customize options. I probably spent more time fooling around with colors and fonts then I did anything else. The more custom options, the better, I say.

One more thing-you'll notice the Randomizer button below the Font box. If you click on that button, Eurekster will choose a random Swicki design for you. I tried this and immediately lost my Swicki design. Saved changes and more sample Swickis to view to get design ideas would be great.
