Guide Review - Review of Essential Blogging
I have to admit, I'm not a dedicated blogger. I have one, but I don't update it frequently and I'm not completely familiar with the world of blogs - although, I do like to read other people's blogs. This book,
Essential Blogging, is for people who are really, really into blogging. The authors (and there are six of them) go into painfully explicit detail about such diverse topics as automated blogrolling, optional configuration directives, and advanced template manipulation.
It's not for the faint of heart. I found the writing extremely technical, and it's easy to get bogged down. If I were to give this book to my mom, a complete blog newbie, I think her head would explode. However, for those who are confident in their tech abilities, this is a good reference tool.
