Bloglines is "a free online service for searching, subscribing, creating and sharing news feeds, blogs and rich web content." It's a feed reader, in other words - instead of you going out on the Web from site to site in order to find the good stuff, you can do it all in Bloglines via the magic of RSS.
There's lots of other feed readers on the Web today, but Bloglines has just consistently delivered the best quality experience for me; and that's why I've included it in the 2006 Top Ten Best Web Sites.
