MapQuest
MapQuest is what more of us use for driving directions than any other mapping service on the Web. It's simple, easy to use, and doesn't have a lot of extra gadgets - I'm not saying that gadgets aren't inherently wonderful or anything; it's just that when I'm looking for directions to the theater downtown, I could care less if I have drawing tools embedded into the mapping interface: I just want directions. Fast.

Not only can you grab quick directions and maps with MapQuest, you can use it to plan a roadtrip; you can also accomplish some pretty in-depth map searches with advanced MapQuest search syntax.
