Definition: The term allinurl is a search syntax specific to Google that restricts search page results to all specified words found in the URL of retrieved Web pages.

For example, say you wanted to find all the URLs containing "flower power":

allinurl:flower power

This Google query would return only the Web pages that contain both "flower" and "power" in the URL.
