"London bombings sent BBC News traffic through the roof, the company reports. On July 7th the Web site for BBC News and its mirrors on Akamai network received 115.7 mln pageviews, on July 8th the traffic went down to 53.7 mln views, and over the weekend the traffic averaged at 23-25 mln pageviews a day."
