internet addiction disorderIf you have a problem breaking away from the Internet, you're not alone. According to Mashable, people who struggle with limiting their time on the Web can go to their own rehab center, named (appropriately) reSTART. reStart, a 45 day program, aims to help people better manage their time online and re-integrate them into the "real world". Those that question whether or not this is a real addiction are many, however, medical professionals are starting to see more and more people that really struggle with disassociating themselves from the VERY addictive fantasy world they've built up for themselves online.
