Expand your recipe collection with Cookstr

Friday April 17, 2009
cookstr If you're searching for a new recipe, want to look up a favorite chef, or create a personalized menu (menus are coming soon), then you'll want to check out Cookstr, a new search engine that focuses completely on food-related information. For instance, search for chicken recipes and you'll get an image gallery of great links (I appreciate the images especially!), along with more search options on the left that allow you to narrow the results down by cost, skill level, ingredients, time to prepare, etc.

Want to search for a specific chef you've seen on TV? No problem - just visit the Chefs & Authors section, where you'll get pages and pages of chef-specific pages. Or if you're really feeling adventurous, try the Surprise Me button: you never know what you'll get, but it's sure to be yummy.
