Take a look at the new Yahoo Music

Tuesday April 7, 2009
yahoo musicOne of the most popular music destinations on the Web, Yahoo Music, has updated its site with a variety of new ways you can access music, artist information, and more.

For instance, if you visit one of the thousands of artist pages on Yahoo Music, you'll now be able to watch relevant YouTube videos, listen to music streamed from Pandora, or buy songs directly from iTunes. You'll also be able to personalize how you want the artist pages to look: remove something, add something, move it around, it's up to you.

In order to access the Yahoo Music individual artist pages, you'll need to change the dropdown menu option (top center) from "all" to "artist", then type in who you're interested in. I was interested in more information about Duffy, a bluesy/soul recording artist, and her artist page was chock-full of good stuff: Duffy Videos, Top Duffy Tracks that I could listen to (full length), lyrics, upcoming concerts, news, and a lot more. If you're looking for a good place to track your favorite musicians, Yahoo Music is a good fit.
