Use the Rentometer to see if you're paying too much for rent
Rentometer is a simple Google mashup that can help you see if you're spending too much/not enough on your rent (if you're a tenant), or if you're a landlord, it can help you see if your rents are adequate (or not). It's very easy to use; just type in your zip and the amount of rent you're paying, and Rentometer comes back with a Google map of your location, along with a dashboard dial that illustrates your payment as compared to others in your local area.
