Google Audio Indexing

google audio indexingGoogle has announced they've started audio indexing, or searching within videos for spoken words so YOU, as the searcher, can find exactly what you're looking for and when it happens.

Right now, Google Audio Indexing is just getting started, so at this point all you're going to be able to search for is spoken words within political videos. However, that still gives you a lot to look at; for instance, check out the results for "health":

As you can see, the word "health" is found in quite a few places within this video, and you can jump directly to the spot where that word is mentioned. This obviously is going to be a very useful feature; I look forward to having it for all Google videos.
