Get Free Updates by Email

Monday June 9, 2008
Did you know that you can get free email updates to many of the features here at About Web Search? For instance:

Free Newsletters: Every Monday morning, I send out a newsletter with all the latest About Web Search news and articles. It's a fun way to stay current; plus, I usually put pictures of my dog Harley dressed up in some kind of embarrassing outfit in there. You can sign up for my newsletter by checking the box marked Web Search Weekly Newsletter.

You'll also notice on this newsletter sign-up page that there are a few free e-courses you can sign up for. E-courses are free classes that you get in your email inbox. Every day is a new lesson. I have four different free e-courses for you to check out:

  • Find Someone Online: Are you looking for someone? Nowadays it's easier than ever before in history to find people for free using the wide variety of sites, services, and tools on the Web. Sign up for this free e-course to learn how to Find People for Free.
  • Search Engine Optimization 101: Want to market your site on the Internet, but don't know where to start? Welcome to Search Engine Optimization 101, where we've broken down this somewhat intimidating subject into 10 simple and easy steps.
  • How to Find Multimedia on the Web: The Web is a great place to find free multimedia of all kinds on the Web: free movie downloads, free videos, free music: you name the multimedia, you can probably find it (for free!) online. Subscribe to my free Find Multimedia on the Web e-course to learn just how easy it is to find free multimedia on the Web.
  • Web Search 101: The Web is a big place, and finding what you want can be a bit daunting. However, with my Free Web Search 101 Class, I'll show you how to mine the Web more effectively and precisely.

Oh, and if THAT weren't enough, you can also check out these two pages: Web Search Latest Articles and Web Search Most Popular Articles to see what's going on.

Every week when I get your newsletter I see new ways to search for people that are suppose to be FREE. They never are! I spend hours following the trail only to end up at the same end; if you want the report: $14.95….I get so close..so close…but I’m disabled, on a strict budget and as much as I need to find this person to let her know about family deaths, I cannot pay. Which place will really be free? Please help me.

Hmmm. Well, the only thing I can think of is that you’re maybe clicking on an ad? Because honestly, the ones that I suggest are always fre (or at least they are at the time that I review them!). Could you send me a specific example?
