Pandora Tips and Tweaks

Tuesday May 22, 2007
Pandora is one of the most useful sites on the Web today. It's your very own radio station - and you control what music shows up. Find out how to use Pandora, and how to customize it to play your favorite tunes in my article titled Pandora Tips and Tweaks.

More about Pandora:

Pandora is a free way to listen to music online, but not just ANY music. You create your own radio stations, you choose which music will actually be played on those stations, so if something comes up that makes your ears want to bleed, you can tell Pandora to stop playing it (and they will apologize, too).

Play Pandora on your Squeezebox: There are hundreds of high-quality streaming radio stations on the Web that offer extremely focused playlists: anything from 24 Hour Elvis to Celtic reels.

However, there's a catch: you could only listen to these wonderful Web stations while you were sitting in front of your computer. Bummer, huh?

Well, that's not a problem anymore with the Squeezebox, a sleek gadget that interfaces the enormous variety of streaming Web radio stations with your home stereo system, providing one of the best listening experiences out there today. Read my review of the Squeezebox and check it out for yourself.
