Movie Search Shortcuts on Yahoo

Friday November 25, 2005
The Official Yahoo Blog announced this week that Yahoo has added some nice movie search shortcuts. Here they are:
  • Find A Movie Trailer: Simply enter in the name of any movie you'd like to see followed by word "trailer" or "trailers". For example: Harry Potter Trailer.
  • Find A Movie Showtime: After you've seen the movie trailer, find out where it's showing near you by entering in the title of the movie and your location (you can use major city, zip, or city+state). So, if I wanted to see a movie in my town I would do this: Harry Potter Portland Oregon.

Related: Yahoo has a ton of great shortcuts and hacks that you can use to find information faster. Use my Yahoo Cheat Sheet, a free printable, to get more out of Yahoo.
