EatFeed.com - Useful Site of the Day
Wednesday October 5, 2005
I came across EatFeed.com today and thought I would share it with you. It's a podcasting show/channel/feed/site dedicated to food. Oh, and not just food, folks. Gourmet food, a real food-fetishist site that really appeals to listeners on all ends of the cooking spectrum. More from the site:
"We're the podcast for a generation that has grown up in a world-wide food revolution. Eat Feed is about the amazing wealth of tastes out there. We love:Definitely worth a look. In addition to live shows dedicated to the above, they've got resources on the history of food, food fun, cookbooks featured on the Eat Feed shows, luminaries from the foodie world, and more.
- small towns and big cities
- farm markets and discount importers
- dinners for one and cocktails for your whole e-vite list
- vegan candlelight suppers and filet mignon on TV trays
- getting by on inexpensive pasta dishes and splurging on a really great English ale
- supporting local food producers and traveling miles for the perfect burrito
- challenging trite traditions and reviving old ways of eating and entertaining
- And pretty much anything about food, drink, dining, feeding, and entertaining that is tasty, innovative, intelligent, and surprising.
