Amazon.com and Shutterfly

Tuesday August 23, 2005
This via InternetWeek:
"Amazon.com on Monday said it has agreed to market and provide on its website online proto services from Shutterfly Inc.

The Seattle-based online retailer launched a co-branded website with the Redwood City, Calif.-based service provider, and also began offering Shutterfly products on its homepage and the Amazon.com electronics store.

...The services provided include developing photographs in sizes ranging from wallet-size to 20" by 30" pictures, online photo sharing and "design-it-yourself" photo cards, calendars and gifts, such as mugs, t-shirts and other personalized products."

Not having actually used Shutterfly I can't really testify to its services, but Amazon seems to like them enough. If you want to really check it out, Amazon has a Shutterfly FAQ page up.
