Site Submission: The Basics of Submitting Your Site To Search Engines and Directories

Submitting your site to search engines and directories does not guarantee instant success. It's just part of the search engine optimization process. In fact, nowadays, it's not considered absolutely vital to even submit your site to search engines since they usually prefer to pick up your site themselves on their spider visits to your site.
