If you were anything like me and my brother growing up, every Saturday morning you were up at the crack of dawn watching cartoons. Smurfs, Land of the Lost, H.R. Puff 'n' Stuff...ah, the memories! Here's some cartoons to get you started this August summer morning:

Saturday Morning Shows of the 60's and 70's: You can search by year with this site. Schoolhouse Rock, JabberJaw, the Kroft Supershow, Electra Woman and DynaGirl. Dang, why don't they have shows like this anymore?
Wikipedia's contribution: Nice little research paper on Saturday morning cartoons, some faves, and why they've gone downhill.
Host a Saturday Morning Cartoon and Cereal Party: Entertainment guide Donna Pilato gives some "cereal-ously" good advice on how to host a Saturday AM cereal and pj's party.
ToonHub: They've got a pretty extensive list here; just be careful because not all are family friendly.
Toonarific: Huge encyclopedia of cartoons; I found one of my favorites, the Banana Splits Adventure Hour.
Land of the Lost: Nice fan site dedicated to the show. Includes pictures, sounds, episode guide, and more.
