Newzfire.com is a search tool that "collects information from over 100,000 news and personal weblog sources only minutes after it's published." Simply type what you're looking for into the very clean home page and you'll get what's being talked about in the blogosphere. Right now, Newzfire.com is pretty bare-bones, but they did have a nice list of RSS feeds.
