D'oh!

In a recent Search Engine Watch article , pioneers of the "early days" of search sat around and reminisced about how they got their start, and how search had changed. But the most interesting tidbit to me was that all members of this esteemed panel had been approached by two bright-eyed graduate students about a new search engine technology called "page ranking". They were turned down; but these guys had the chutzpah to keep going with an idea that they knew was groundbreaking. Who were these two young scholars? None other than Larry and Sergey; or as you might know them, the founders of Google. This would probably be the ultimate "the one that got away" story. Want to know how to submit your site to Larry and Sergey? We've put together some Google resources that will ease you through the process.
